Ali Doerksen

We fist started seeing Ali when he was six years old, he was one of the happiest Boxers we have ever met.  No matter what we were doing to him he was always wiggly and excited to see us.  Unfortunately not long into Ali's life he started having seizures and it was suspected that he had a brain tumour. Ali did not let that slow him down one bit!  On August 10, 2012 Robyn and her family had to say goodbye to Ali due to a severe heart issue.  We all miss him very much and we were sad to see him go.

Missy Mulligan

Thanks so much.  Missy likes it there and everyone is so good to her.  I am pleased to have found such a compassionate, quality care, place to take my girl.  I know that she is in good hands.  She had a good first night after the operation and is resting nicely now.  

She is eating and taking her medication and getting around on 3 legs.  i will start her icing and massaging now and she does not mind the sling to help her outside and my sister is bringing her a blow up collar for tonight.  I am thinking that now she is feeling better, she will be wanting to tear at her bandages, so we are on top of that.  The picture is Missy's first day of surgery.

Sunni Jones

Sunni came to us when she was just five years old.  she had just been adopted by Noreen and her family.  Sunni was so lucky to have found such a fantastic family to care for her.  Sunni always loved coming in to visit us because she knew that we could not resist giving her many cookies!  Sunni was diagnosed with cancer in March, 2011.  She battled her cancer for over a year, but in June the cancer became too much and we had to say goodbye to sweet Sunni when she was ten years old.
